  • Please respect the noise curfew at 10 PM.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted entry. Illegal items are not allowed on the premises; otherwise, you will be asked to leave.

Postpone/Cancellation Policy

  • At least 7 days before arrival:
    Customers will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid if they wish to cancel their reservation.
    If you wish to continue with your reservation, you can reschedule to another date. D Home supports rescheduling (up to 2 times) free of charge. From the 3rd time onwards, the fee for each rescheduling is 200,000 VND.
  • Delivery time: 4-7 days from arrival date.
    Customers who cancel their reservation will lose 50% of the total amount paid.
    D Home supports changing the date (up to 2 times) free of charge. From the 3rd time onwards, the fee for each date change is 200,000 VND.
  • From 0 to 3 days from the date of arrival:
    Customers who cancel their reservation will lose 100% of the total amount paid.

  • For bookings made during holidays, festivals, or special occasions, the required notice period to qualify for cancellation policies is 15 days, 8-14 days, and 3-6 days, respectively.

Note:

  • Guests who reschedule their date will not receive a refund of their deposit.
  • No-shows are considered cancellations made less than 3 days before the arrival date.
  • If a customer shortens their stay, the cancellation policy will also apply to calculating the fee for the shortened nights.
  • Any personal reasons originating from the customer (customer or another individual in the group is sick or has health problems, customer is busy, customer wants to reschedule, weather reasons, etc.) must be reported at least 3 days before the check-in date. If rooms are not available on the rescheduled date, the reception department will proceed with changing/canceling the booking according to regulations.
  • Room/service rates for new bookings are based on the customer's desired departure date. Customers will be charged any difference if room/service rates change.
  • Guests who wish to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (epidemics, floods, natural disasters, inadequate facilities at the accommodation, etc.) must notify the rescheduling at least 48 hours before check-in. If rooms are unavailable on the rescheduled date, the reception desk will proceed with changing/canceling the booking according to regulations.
  • Customers will retain their entire deposit amount.
  • Room/service rates for new bookings are based on the customer's desired departure date. Customers will be charged any difference if room/service rates change.
